Absolutely, you can cancel your order any time before we’ve despatched it to you. You can do this within My Account, just click on Orders & Returns, and if you can cancel your order, you will see a “Cancel Order” button. Simply click this button, and we will email you confirmation of your cancelation once it’s processed. If you would prefer to do this over the phone, please contact our Customer Services team by email or by calling us on 01926 421 859 and we’ll be happy to help.
Returning items is really simple, all we ask is that you return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 28 days. You can do this free of charge in the UK by either using the freepost label included in your order, by printing a freepost label from our website or via one of our shops.
If you are looking to exchange any items no further postage and packaging charges will be incurred. When dropping your return parcel off at the Post Office remember to get a proof of postage receipt just in case the returned parcel doesn’t get to us and then we can still provide you with a refund or exchange.
We always try to process your exchange order within 4 days of receiving your returns at our warehouse. Because we need to allow time for your parcel to be delivered to us and time for the new order to get back to you, it will take around 7-10 working days. If you need an exchange order more quickly than this, please get in touch with us by email or by giving us a ring on 01926 434 859. We’ll place a new order which you’ll need to pay for but we won’t charge your additional post and packing. As soon as we then receive your returns, we’ll refund you for the original order.
Absolutely. All transactions made on our website are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection (we don’t allow transactions to take place that aren’t secure!).

Globalsign certificates are trusted by all popular browsers, operating systems and mobile devices. We have an Extended Certificate which means that the certificate also confirms who the site is run by as well as the security.
Depending on which browser you are using, you may see different security features such as a padlock symbol or the address bar turning green. However, regardless of whether you’re using Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other browser, you can be confident that our site is safe and secure.
We don’t store any credit/debit card data at Bravissimo – it is all kept with a secure payment provider for your peace of mind.
